Returns:

* All merchandise purchased from BAM has a 30-day return policy. Should you change your mind, you have 30 days to contact us and return your case in new condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories to get a full refund. If they are not, upon inspection, the return will be denied, or a 15% restocking fee will be applied. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless your product is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable and fully insured method for shipping.

* All defective merchandise purchased from BAM, within the first 2 years of date of purchase, will be repaired or exchanged at our discretion. Once we confirm the defective item, a ground shipping return label will be provided. BAM will not reimburse any return shipping costs incurred by the customer for any reason.

Shipping:

Free ground shipping on all cases excluding cello cases/bass covers/flight covers to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Domestic shipping only within the 50 states.

All in-stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of the order. Monday through Friday, except holidays.

All orders are shipped ground via FedEx or USPS. No shipping to PO boxes.

Delivery times are not guaranteed.

No express shipping unless it’s agreed upon with BAM. Additional costs will apply.

All cases are shipped from our New Jersey location. Should the case be damaged in transit, claims must be notified to BAM within 10 days. A claim will be filed with the shipping company. Please document the damage and keep all original packaging during the claim period.

Warranty:

All defective merchandise purchased from BAM will be repaired or exchanged at our discretion, within the first 2 years of purchase. Normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under warranty. Bam issues a special warning against exposure to any source of heat that could distort the shape of the case. After return agreement, a ground shipping return label will be provided. BAM will not reimburse any return shipping costs incurred by the customer for any reason.

After the 2-year warranty period, BAM can provide maintenance on all its cases billed at minimal cost.

Prices and Payments:

Prices are as shown on the website. Free shipping and no sales tax except for sales in NJ (6.625%). Credit card and mobile payments are accepted at this time (Visa, MasterCard or American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Etc.)
